This was the first dedicated B2B fantasy sports solution presenting at international iGaming conferences — for a full year, no direct competitor was on the circuit. I built the brand positioning, website, sales pipeline, pitch decks, and all operator-facing materials from scratch.
I managed six-figure exhibition budgets across the major iGaming conference calendar, delivered a final-stage startup pitch at EiG Berlin (the sector's premier B2B event), and spoke on multiple industry panels. The website I built achieved #1 search rankings and was later plagiarised word-for-word by a competitor.
All of this was delivered during the peak of the DFS regulatory crisis — NY cease-and-desists, state-level bans, and emerging international compliance frameworks — requiring real-time pivots to positioning, strategy, and materials.
