How Commercial Architecture Works
Every company has two structural hierarchies: what you sell, and how contacts become customers. I've formalised both — a commercial ontology (Brand → Product → Feature → Solution → Use Case → Persona) and a qualification chain (MQL → SQL → FTP → RTP) with Boolean transitions.
The framework is pipeline-agnostic. It works for B2B SaaS, B2C platforms, EdTech marketplaces, and professional services.
