I start with pipeline objectives — not a venue shortlist. Show selection is modelled on expected pipeline yield, audience quality, and competitive presence. Every event has a target cost-per-qualified-lead before we commit.

On-site operations are engineered: lead capture synced directly to CRM with qualification at point of contact, session tracks designed for pipeline generation (not satisfaction surveys), and procurement managed with documented run-of-show logistics.

Post-event, every lead enters an automated routing sequence with SLA timers. Attribution tracks each lead through to deal close. You know exactly what the event produced.
