The Build

There was no playbook. I joined as employee #3 and built every system from zero — CRM architecture on Salesforce and HubSpot, the company website coded on WordPress/ThemeX, all sales email sequences, nurture flows, landing pages, web copy, marketing collateral, and business materials.

I created the proprietary Case Study Framework and Hero Content Strategy that became the company's repeatable growth playbooks. I ran an international trade show programme with six-figure budgets, developed a public speaking programme on GDPR and data regulation, and recruited and managed a 4-person marketing team.

Attribution infrastructure connected campaign spend to pipeline from day one. The systems I built during this 14-month period supported the company's trajectory through Series A, B, and C — $130M+ raised, 550+ employees, $83M ARR as of 2026.
